I JUST MOVED AND MOVED MY WASHER AND DIDNT INSTALL SHIPPING BOLTS,KNOW IT SHAKES BADLY ON SPIN. I REMOVED FRONT COVER AND ALL SHOCKS LOOK OK AND ATTACHED. SOME ONE SAID MAY SPRING TO COUNTER WEIGHT CAME OFF ? WHAT DO YOU THINK AND IF THIS HAPPENED IS IT HARD TO PUT BACK ON

Make sure that the washer is properly leveled. Press down on the diagonally opposing corners and check for up and down play. The washer will shake and vibrate if those leveling legs are not stable. Resolving that type of issue could fix your vibration problem in some situations. You may have already done that but it is worth mentioning.
The images below (4 pages) show the procedure for replacing the suspension springs in this washer. Even if those springs are not disconnected, you may need to replace them to fix this vibration problem. You may also need to replace those shocks.
